What is Crate Club?
Crate Club is a subscription box filled with high-quality tactical gear and survival goodies that’ll get you better equipped for the next zombie invasion. That’s the short version.
The long version is that Crate Club is a community of like-minded gear-enthusiasts, military supporters and emergency preppers, guided and curated by a hand-picked team of former Navy SEAL and Military Veterans.
Our team comes from a wide range of military backgrounds including SEALs, Special Forces, Rangers, USAF, and USMC, so you can rest assured that the crate that arrives at your door will be signed off on by experts who know what they’re doing.
What can I expect to receive in a Crate Club box?
Every box is different and can include a range of different items like tactical vests, multitools, self-defense gear, wilderness survival tools, camping equipment, medical supplies, EDC equipment, and several custom Crate Club items not found anywhere else.
What if I don’t like the Crate? Am I committed to keeping it?
Once you’ve made your purchase, your gear is reserved and put aside. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to the fact we have to reserve a large amount of gear for our members. We do this to be as accurate as possible with our projections in order to ensure that everyone gets their crates in a timely manner each shipment cycle.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to the fact we have to reserve a large amount of gear for our members. We do this to be as accurate as we can with our projections in order to ensure that everyone receives their crates in a timely manner each shipment cycle.
You can cancel your membership anytime you like, but please note that canceling a membership will not initiate a refund. You will still receive the crate(s) you paid for. Any membership canceled after the renewal date is non-refundable.
Re-bill dates are:
- March 1st
- June 1st
- September 1st
- December 1st
- Every 1st of the month for the MONTHLY membership
If you cancel your SEASONAL Membership before receiving your first crate, you will still receive the crate you paid for but you will no longer be charged for renewal after that.
If you cancel your ANNUAL Membership before receiving your first crate, you will still receive the 4 crates you paid for or any remaining crates due but you will no longer be charged for a renewal after the initial term ends.
As a mystery box membership service, we, unfortunately, cannot please all members all the time. In line with this, we also do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for not liking the items included in the package.
Issues with a Crate: If you believe there is an issue with any of the gear in your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or chat with us online and we’ll, of course, help resolve the issue.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address any time prior to the next shipment processing by logging into your account here to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship internationally to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses in support of our military members serving overseas.
Do you need my size for any items?
If we come across some have-to-have gear that does need sizing, we will reach out to you by email to obtain your preferred sizing for that specific gear.
Are deliveries monthly or quarterly?
All Crate Club boxes are quarterly deliveries so you’ll receive a shipment of tactical and survival goodies 4 times a year.
Are all of your items made in the USA?
We work hard to find gear made in the good ol’ US of A. However, it isn’t always possible for us to procure the amount of gear and quality we love, or timeliness of inventory delivery this way. Our main focus is to get you the best gear we can find. We, of course, prefer to work with US-owned companies as our first choice!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When will I be billed?
If you’re a NEW member:
You will be billed immediately as soon as you checkout. Your order will ship within the next 7 to 10 days after the order date.
If you’re a RENEWAL member:
You will be billed either quarterly or annually depending on the length of your plan.
For QUARTERLY membership, we will bill you every 1st of December, March, June, September unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.
If you order a quarterly membership on or before May 23rd, your next plan’s renewal will occur on June 1st.
If you order a quarterly membership after May 23rd, your order will be considered the June crate. Your next bill will occur on September 1st.
For an ANNUAL membership, we will bill you once a year for the 4 crates. We will then ship 1 crate every December, March, June, and September. After the 4th shipment, the renewal of your membership will occur on the next renewal month.
If you order an annual membership on or before May 23rd, your next billing will occur on March 1st of the following year.
If you order an annual membership on May 25th, your first order is considered the June crate. Your next billing will occur on June 1st of the following year.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Absolutely! You can purchase a Crate Club gift membership for any occasion such as Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day or a simple Monday gift to start off the week. We’ll even include a personalized gift card with your order. Simply order your crate from our Give a Gift page and sign up using the recipient’s shipping address.
Can I purchase a single crate as a gift?
Yes, simply sign up for the quarterly membership using the recipient’s shipping address and then cancel the membership before the next renewal date.
Will my gift membership auto-renew?
Yes, your gift membership will automatically renew unless you cancel the gift membership prior to the re-bill date. You can log in to edit your membership here.
What happens if the gift recipient moves from their address on the membership?
You will need to log in to your Crate Club account here and update the gift recipient’s shipping address prior to the shipment in order for us to ensure the shipment is sent to the new address.
Can I use multiple coupons on my order?
You may only use one promo code per order in your cart at checkout. These codes must be entered in the promo field at checkout to be effective.
I forgot to add the coupon code to my crate club order. Now what?
Please contact us with your order number and promo code ASAP and we’ll do our best to take care of it!
