KPL - Knife Shield Corrosion Preventative Knife Cleaner

The KPL Knife Shield™ creates a thin film of corrosion suppressing molecules on metal surfaces. From there, Knife Shield directly interferes with the galvanic corrosion process, ultimately disrupting and preventing the dissolution of metal ions that are key to the chemical processes that create rust and patina.This product works across a wide spectrum of elements and alloys, including steel, copper, brass, bronze, nickel, silver, titanium, zirconium, and designer laminates, like Timascus and mokume-gane. Knife Shield is made from H1 certified food-safe ingredients that are approved for use in commercial kitchens and other food preparation facilities.
